Position – Windchill L2 Support

Windchill L2 Support

The support engineer should handle issues of medium complexity which needs to be

reproduced on

the test system to get to the root cause to reach final resolution. The activities in scope of L2

services include the following:

● Investigate and troubleshoot current Production issues;

● Provide Root cause Analysis of issues;

● Execute Standard Changes (without modifying the Code);

● Provide workarounds as a quick fix where possible to avoid the work stoppage and

continue the normal business operations.

● Support team to help RE with necessary maintenance support on Dev &amp; QA system and

work closely with RE IT for providing recommended best practices on Production

environment through necessary documentation.

The support coverage expected is for Windchill 11.0 M030 for the below modules

1. Part Management &amp; Part Classification;

2. EBOM Management;

3. CAD Data Management and Creo Support for PLM perspective;

4. DB Table updation utility for Data publishing to SAP;

5. Change Management;

6. NPI Program Management;

7. Windchill Business Reporting;

8. Windchill SIM for Service Parts, SBOM, Part list, Product Hierarchy Family, Model, Type

and illustration management;

9. Arbortext Publishing Engine;

10. PLM – Arbortext Publishing,

11. EPC and RMI TAL Process

12. PDMLink Options and Variants Management

13. FMEA

14. Supplier Management

15. MPMLink

16. FlexPLM

17. All the sub-modules of ALM &amp; QLM,

18. All the Customization developed &amp; deployed by our current Partner.

19. Engineering

Job Description 2:-

Position – Windchill L3 Support

No of Openings – 2

Location – Chennai

Notice Period – Immediate joiners

Experience – 3 to 6 years

Windchill L3 Support

Experience of working in Windchill and other PTC products.

Troubleshooting skills in Windchill issues.

Sound knowledge on Windchill system and Business administration Prior experience in handling

L3 production support and windchill customization

Good Understanding of Windchill Database and API

Manage all production support aspects with application development management.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

Have functional understanding of Windchill modules like PDMLink, MPMLink, SIM, etc

Provide regular status reports to management on application status and other metrics.
