Job Description for Infrastructure Architect

• 6-9 years of experience in providing Windchill/FlexPLM Infrastructure design solutions to customers

• Architecture understanding of PTC FlexPLM 10.X/11.X/12 .X versions

• Involved in upgrade for FlexPLM from 10.x to 11.x/12.x and provided the recommendations for Infrastructure design for the Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted ​performance needs

• Troubleshooting performance issues and assisting customer in successful closure

• Responsible for infrastructure administrative tasks

• Support FlexPLM installation and Build Management

• Experience in Upgrade & Re-hosting
