Job Description:- Smarteam PDM:-

• Understanding requirements from Business
• Organize calls with customer to converge upon a resolution
• Determine source of customer problem (product based, structure, environmental) Develop and support CAD automation tools (Master Modeling, Drafting automation, Drawing/Model validation)
Hands-on expertise in using Open API (C, C ) & user interface creation for developing automation tools
• Mentor other team members in means of providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintenance and Monitoring of SmarTeam
• Contribute towards efforts to improve customer support responsiveness and efficiency
• Effective Communications with customer
• Understand the customer issues and provide the solutions (Reproduce customer issues and validate solutions)
