Job Description:-

• Identify and implement the ISO 9001 requirements that are relevant for the

business and other support functions

• Conduct reviews, internal audits and support external audits to obtain / sustain

certification

• Work with stakeholders to identify, implement, and adopt process improvements

• Enable practitioners on the process by way of creating trainings, conducting

trainings and assessments

• Support customer feedback analysis

• Work closely with PMO and technical teams to ensure the quality of deliverables

• Adopt organization tools and systems relevant for quality management and

compliance
