Job Description:- Technical Support on Teamcenter / NX Application, Licensing, Installation, Administration
1)Teamcenter database, web server installation and management
2)User, roles, license management in Teamcenter
3)Ability to Troubleshoot various applications and system administration related issues
4)Good knowledge in PLM process, various TC modules
5)Should be able to resolve issues and day to day delivery timeline by self
6)Effectively communicate with customer and understanding requirement
7)Interaction with customer for technical discussions and suggesting value additions
8)Coordinating with Siemens team for Customer Service Request (bugs)
9)Adhere to given SLA (Service Level Agreement) and keep customer satisfaction index high
10)Teamcenter Integrations CATIA V5, NX, Creo etc.
11) NX Application Part, Assembly, Drafting, Surfacing workbench knowledge necessary
12)Teamcenter Software installation, license installation/configuration, customize environment
setup, troubleshooting etc.
