Requires Technical Skills –

• Teamcenter AWC configuration and Customization
• Good Knowledge in AWC configuration and customization for the MBOM Creation.
• Automation knowledge in TC / AWC / NX and Visualization in PFA and DFM process.

Good To Have Skills –

• Knowledge in Teamcenter BOM Management
• Knowledge in MBOM configuration and Customization
• Knowledge in JAMA Connect.

Required Skills –

1. Good Knowledge in Teamcenter AWC Configuration and customization (AWC 4.X and above.)
2. Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Modules
3. Understanding the current business process and proposed future business process for PLM-MES Data transfer
4. Provide solutions to use cases pertaining to data (string / object) transfer between Easy Plan and IIOT Platform
5. Good knowledge in custom API development (Teamcenter AWC) based on data model requirement from IIOT platform to generate event-driven triggers and implement the solution
6. Provide solution for version management systems / repository in PLM to transfer Codes (Ex: PLC Codes, CNC Codes, Others, etc.)
7. Collaborate with Manufacturing Process Planning team to provide solution for dynamic MPP for repair processes using Easy Plan based on part FMEAs and deliver to IIOT platform
8. Configuring Variants and configurations dictionary for manufacturing process, tools to configure 150% manufacturing processes including and exclusion rules as required in product configurator.
9. Linking Requirement objects (imported from JAMA) to other objects in TC like System blocks, Product, Tools, Design, Process etc.
10. Coordinate with the customer development team to design / configure / develop custom features and functionalities to perform any automation in TC / AWC / NX and Visualization in PFA and DFM process.
