Required Skillset:

• Expertise skills in OPM tool and its features
• re-design dashboards for pro-active and re-active incident management
• identify additional monitoring agents for so far unmonitored devices, applications, interfaces
• support build of global IPAM (IP address management)
• prepare OP Manager for interfacing with ServiceNow “Event Management”
• explore all the features and make it usable to our EB environment.
• Excellent communication skills
