Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NX Customization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NX customization and be familiar with the NX Human module, which would be considered an added advantage. As an NX Customization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customizations in the NX software to meet specific project requirements and enhance productivity

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom solutions and tools using NX Open API and scripting languages (such as C++, Python, or VB.NET) to automate tasks, improve workflows, and increase efficiency within the NX software environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and programmers, to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Create and modify user interfaces, dialogs, menus, and toolbars to optimize the user experience and improve productivity.
• Customize the NX Human module to enhance human modelling and simulation capabilities, if applicable.
• Troubleshoot and debug customization code to ensure smooth functionality and resolve any issues or errors that may arise.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NX customization and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on customizations and assist in the resolution of any related issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in NX customization, with a strong understanding of NX Open API and scripting languages (C++, Python, or VB.NET).
• Familiarity with the NX Human module would be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in software development principles, including object-oriented programming, debugging, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
